Tori Vance

Safe Harbor
Outreach Director
Tori Vance began her work in domestic violence and sexual assault organizations in 2012 in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. I graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2013 with my Bachelors in Family and Child Studies and later obtained my SSW license.  She moved to Utah shortly after graduating college and began her social work career with the State of Utah at the Ogden location of the Christmas Box House.  In April of 2018, she began her work with Safe Harbor Crisis Center as a shelter advocate. Since then she has fulfilled many roles for Safe Harbor including interim Shelter Director, Lethality Assessment Protocol (LAP) Coordinator, Transitional Housing Coordinator  and currently Outreach Director. In her current positions she oversees domestic violence advocates, protective order court for Davis County, LAP advocates, transitional housing and mobile advocates, as well as our Sexual Assault services.    These various positions have fueled her love and passion for social work.
