Get Real: Engage Youth in Citizen Science, No Experience Necessary

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

You don’t need to be a professional scientist or trained engineer to lead great STEM programming that is authentic, meaningful, and fun. All you need is curiosity, a willingness to learn alongside youth, and access to quality curriculum resources. Designed by a world-class museum and research institute, Science Action Club (SAC) makes it easy and fun to lead hands-on STEM anywhere, anytime. SAC activities empower youth to connect with nature and contribute to global citizen science projects like iNaturalist, eBird, and NASA’s GLOBE Observer. Come explore SAC kits and resources, get hands-on practice with activities, and learn practical tips and tricks for facilitating real science and nature investigations with youth.
