Becoming a new supervisor isn't easy. This session will guide newer supervisors through the basics of becoming a strong leader and manager through eight key components built around communication and accountability. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect with others about their own leadership styles, set goals towards personal growth, and step into leadership with confidence!
