Jump Start 2019

NBA Math Hoops, in partnership with the Utah Jazz, is a free comprehensive community program, featuring a basketball board game and curriculum, that allows students to learn fundamental math skills through the game of basketball. Students take on the role of being their own NBA/WNBA coach in a fast-paced game, all while learning! All program content is developed in alignment with state standards and 21st Century Learning Skills, and has been shown to improve students’ foundational math and social-emotional skills. All participants who attend this session will walk away with all the tools needed to start this experience right away in their program.
