Jump Start 2019

As we go through the school year, it is important to reflect on why we do what we do in our daily interactions with students. When you think back to the last time you sat down with your team to talk about struggles and successes in your program, what did you take away from the conversation that allowed you to shape your future interactions? Following the School-Age & Youth Program Quality Assessment Tools (SAPQA & YPQA), attendees will learn how this self-assessment training can establish a foundational knowledge of what best practices look like in terms of running activities from each attendee’s own unique perspective. We will also take the time to share what is and isn't working well and gain knowledge from one another to understand the best practices to implement in our programs.
