This workshop is a follow up to the keynote presentation and will focus on the expectations and responsibilities for afterschool professionals in creating and sustaining an intentional and authentically-inclusive culture. Obstacles to developing this culture will be explored. Action plans to overcome these obstacles will be created. Find out the part that you play in making sure that all feel “...loved, safe, and supported by caring relationships, empowering them to foster growth within themselves and within their communities.”
