Mind The Gap! There are missed opportunities when afterschool programs and schools are disconnected. By building positive relationships and focusing on program alignment between school administrators and afterschool staff, we can begin to bridge the gap and work together to help youth and families. Using one school’s journey to “Mind The Gap", participants will walk away with an action plan to build and foster these relationships to build a gap-free program.
